Brgy. Ginebra drubbed NLEX, 91-85, in a win at the close of the PBA On Tour Sunday at the Ynares Arena dampened by what looked like a serious knee injury suffered by Jeremiah Gray.

The Fil-Am hotshot got hurt in a freak accident late in the third and had to be stretchered out of the court and straight to the hospital for tests.

He had piled up eight points, seven rebounds, five assists, two blocks and one steal against two turnovers when he left the game won by the Kings on the sterling effort of their reserves in the fourth quarter.

Ginebra 3×3 stalwarts Donald Gumaru and Ralph Cu, along with Jayson David and Sidney Onwubere teamed up with Von Pessumal in a key run from a 71-all deadlock on the way to claiming the win and a 6-5 closing mark in the preseason series.

Minus their core players, the Kings finished in the upper half of the chart, catching up with the Converge FiberXers at fifth.

The NLEX Road Warriors, meanwhile, ended up at joint seventh with the NorthPort Batang Pier at 5-6.

The top four are Magnolia (11-0), Rain or Shine (8-3), Blackwater (7-4) and Meralco (7-4) while the bottom four are Terrafirma (4-7, Phoenix Super LPG (3-8), San Miguel (3-8) and TNT (1-10).
