Greg Slaughter entertaining offers from abroad but still open to Brgy. Ginebra return

Greg Slaughter is still open to playing for Brgy. Ginebra despite having received several offers from ballclubs abroad.
The 32-year old Fil-Am made the revelation during a guesting at former PBA commissioner Noli Eala’s show Power and Play.
“I’m open to all possibilities. My level of play has elevated. There have been also interest from other teams abroad. But at the moment, with respect to Ginebra and everything, all our experience we’ve been through, I definitely love to talk to them before I make my final decision. As of the moment, I’m just waiting to meet with them,” disclosed Slaughter.
The former Ateneo big man returned to the country after 8 months of soul-searching and training in the US. Along the way, he signed with BeoBasket, an agency which lists Denver Nuggets superstar Nicola Jokic as one of its clients.
The top overall pick of the 2013 rookie draft admitted that he is in contact with Gin Kings head coach Tim Cone and is currently scheduled for a meeting with team officials.
“At the moment, we are going to have a meeting. But right now, I’m just waiting on Ginebra to get back to me with a firm date. But I’m ready to go,” said Slaughter.
While he refused to identify the teams that have shown interest in signing him up, the Best Player of the 2017 Governors’ Cup said that he would like to know where things stand with his former team first before considering other options.
“I love the Philippines. The Philippines has always been a home to me. I definitely want to see what I can get work out here before I make any decisions to go abroad.”
