After some time, he was carried out on a stretcher and was immediately brought to nearby Medical City.

The Gin Kings were down 66-68 with 22 seconds left in the third frame when the unfortunate incident unfolded before a stunned pre-dominantly Ginebra crowd.

Before entering the 2022 PBA rookie draft, Gray tore his ACL while playing for TNT in the inaugural season of the league’s 3×3 tournament.

The crowd darlings went on to defeat the Road Warriors in the final match of the exhibition series, 91-85, and dedicated the victory to their fallen teammate.
