LOOK: Chris Newsome posts video clip of ‘elbow’ hit by Prince Caperal!

Chris Newsome took to Twitter after Meralco lost Game 2 of its best-of-three quarterfinal series with Brgy. Ginebra last Friday at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.
Needing only a win to finally dispose of their playoff tormentor, the Bolts came across a suddenly physical Gin Kings squad and were dragged to a winner-take-all match for the right to advance to the semifinal round where the top-seeded San Miguel Beermen are waiting.
Shortly after the match, a dejected Chis Newsome posted a cryptic message on the microblogging platform.
“Privilege making people brave! Beware of Fake Tough Guys everywhere,” wrote the 32-year old Fil-Am who was just recently in the news after FIBA changed his classification to local Filipino.

A few hours later, Newsome then posted a video clip showing him on the receiving end of an elbow from Prince Caperal as the two jostled for better rebounding position.

Caperal has since been summoned by the Commissioner’s Office to shed light on the incident.
Also called to appear before the league chief is Christian Standhardinger who had an altercation with seldom-used Bolts guard Franky Johnson prior to the game.
